ORM for authors, scoped to what actually moves.

Review response, search-result hygiene, and crisis comms. Honest about what we can and cannot do.

Most ORM sold in this category promises removal of negative reviews. That promise is either illegal (Amazon does not let third parties remove reviews) or bad advice (responding badly to a critic is worse than the critic). We do the legitimate work.

Author online reputation management — FAQ

Questions we get every week, answered straight.

Can you remove negative Amazon reviews?

No, legitimately no. Amazon does not let third parties remove reviews. Anyone promising removal is selling fraud or a future Amazon account termination. We can identify reviews that violate Amazon's policy (paid, fake, hateful) and report them; Amazon decides.

Do I actually need ORM as an author?

Most authors do not. The right time to hire ORM is when you have an active reputation problem, a media pile-on, or a coordinated attack — not as a preventative.
